Combination service

Sometimes the support of a private caregiver alone is not enough. In such cases, you can also make use of an outpatient care service - and this is where our combination benefit comes into play.

Your advantages:

  • Flexible combination of care forms
  • Individual adaptation to your life situation
  • Clear and comprehensible billing

What this means for you

You receive care services from an outpatient service and at the same time a proportionate amount of care allowance. The amount of the care allowance depends on how much care the care service has provided.

This is how billing works

If it is not clear in advance how often the care service will be used, we first calculate the benefits in kind. We then calculate the pro rata care allowance.

If the benefits in kind are provided regularly to the same extent, the care allowance can be paid out at the beginning of the month.
