Care support allowance - for acute cases
- What for: Short-term time off in the event of an acute care case
- Duration: Up to 10 working days
- Objective: To organize or ensure care
- Benefit: Care support allowance as a wage replacement benefit
- Announcement: No notice required
- Applies to: Employees regardless of the size of the company
Care time - if you would like to accompany us for longer
- What for: Temporary full or partial leave of absence for home care
- Duration: Up to 6 months, for seriously ill relatives up to 3 months for support in the last phase of life
- Benefit: Entitlement to an interest-free loan for financial security
- Announcement: At least 10 days before the start
- Applies to: Employees in companies with more than 15 employees
Family care time - well organized in the long term
- What for: Partial leave of absence for care at home or to care for underage relatives
- Duration: Up to 24 months with reduction to at least 15 hours per week
- Benefit: Entitlement to an interest-free loan
- Announcement: At least 8 weeks before the start
- Applies to: Employees in companies with more than 25 employees (excluding those employed for vocational training)
