Care benefit in kind

If an outpatient care service takes over the care, we speak of care services in kind. In this case, the care service bills the care insurance fund directly - and you receive the support that counts in everyday life.

What is taken over?

The ZF BKK covers the costs for these services up to a legally defined maximum amount. The amount depends on the respective care level.

Maximum monthly amounts for care benefits in kind:

IV	1.859 €
V	2.299 €

*For care level I, the monthly relief amount of €131 can be used for services provided by the care service.

What are care benefits in kind?

This includes help with personal hygiene, nutritional support and mobility - in other words, everything that contributes to a dignified everyday life.
