Good to know

If a care aid is provided on a permanent basis, you will make a co-payment of 10%, up to a maximum of €25 per aid. This co-payment does not apply to insured persons under the age of 18. If the aid is only provided on loan, you pay nothing.

Disposable gloves, face masks and disinfectants are daily helpers and can usually only be used once. We pay you an allowance of up to €40 per month for these aids - unbureaucratically and reliably.
