Measures to improve the living environment

Many people want to live at home despite needing care. For this to succeed, it sometimes requires structural changes or technical aids that make everyday life safer and easier.

What we do for you

ZF BKK supports you with a financial subsidy if a measure to improve your living environment makes home care possible or considerably easier or promotes a more independent lifestyle.

What is possible?

Under certain conditions, we will provide a grant of up to €4,180 per measure - for example for

Door widening or non-slip floor coverings
the installation of stair lifts or barrier-free showers
grab rails, ramps or other technical aids

Good to know

As every care situation is individual, we offer you a personal consultation before the start of the measure. In this way, we ensure that the planned adaptations make sense and that the requirements for cost sharing are met.
