Pflegeperson

Not all care takes place at work. Many people care for relatives or loved ones in need of care with great personal commitment - directly at home. We call these people caregivers.

Who is considered a caregiver?

Carers are people who look after a person in need of care in their home environment on a non-professional basis. The following applies:

  • The care is provided free of charge or in return for a small thank-you - e.g. through the care allowance.
  • Family members usually take on this task, but neighbors or friends can also be caregivers.
  • The care takes place in a private setting - be it in the home of the person in need of care, the caregiver themselves or a third person.

Cover for carers - we are at your side

Carers take on responsibility - often for many hours a week. ZF BKK therefore not only supports you with benefits for the person in need of care, but also protects the carers themselves:

  • Pension insurance contributions
  • Insurance cover for unemployment and accident insurance
  • Personal advice and information on your cover

In this way, we promote commitment in the home and recognize and value your commitment.
